JRunner would not detect it in bootloader mode. When I had that issue, plugging it into my laptop running Windows 10 it would show up in device manager as a 'USB Input Device' instead of the JR Programmer (drivers were already installed). I've heard many people suggesting to just use this on a windows 7 install to avoid these issues which may be my last resort. I technically have finished the process, although i'd like to revert to attempting the 10 mhz option on my console as well as i'm looking to RGH my cousins console for him. I was able to successfully RGH 3.0 my console the other day using the "disable driver signing" advanced restart option the other day to get these initially installed.
